"Good afternoon and welcome to this plenary meeting, first item on our agenda will be questions to the First Minister." Were the words uttered by the Llywydd of the Senedd, Elin Jones. "The First Minister has requested to make a statement. First Minister," The chamber was filled with whispers, this was unusual.

"Thank you Llywydd," Lloyd said in Welsh, sitting in his wheelchair dawning a crop button shit and a skirt with black trainers on. "Following the departure of the Education, Welsh language and Senedd leader, MS for Cardiff Central. I have realised that a minority Liberal Democrat government is not working for the people of Wales."

"I have written to the monarchy today and advised them to dissolve the 6th Senedd immediately. Once the monarchy has done so, we will publish an electrical timetable... I love my country and I see now after the departure of my friend, the MS of Cardiff Central my government can and is not function."

"Thank you Llywydd." Lloyd finished, although sitting in his wheelchair behind the table, the room erupted into shock, and people rose to seek Llywydd's attention. She too was shocked, no First Minister had requested the Senedd to be disbanded.
